1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Garage Growth Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and the garage business or individual ("you", "the client") who signs up for or uses our services.
By signing up, booking a Free Garage Growth Audit, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Garage Growth Solutions provides the following services to UK garages, depending on the plan selected:
- Lead generation and monitoring: We monitor lead platforms including FixMyCar, BookMyGarage, and ClickMechanic on your behalf and capture all relevant enquiries
- Sales closing: Our dedicated sales team responds to leads promptly, follows up persistently, and converts enquiries into confirmed bookings on your behalf
- Digital marketing: Including SEO, paid advertising (PPC), and online presence management where included in your plan
- Garage management software: Access to our all-in-one platform for managing bookings, mechanics, ramps, invoices, and payments (available on Growth and Automation plans)
- Website: A professionally built website for your garage, included in the Growth and Automation plans
The specific services included in your package will be confirmed during onboarding. We reserve the right to update or improve our services and will notify you of any material changes.
3. 30-Day Free Trial
New clients are offered a 30-day free trial upon signing up. The following conditions apply during the trial period:
- No monthly retainer fee is charged during the 30-day trial
- A commission is charged on every confirmed booking secured through leads we generate or manage on your behalf. The commission rate will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the trial begins
- Commission during the trial is calculated on confirmed bookings only — not on enquiries or leads that do not convert
- The trial begins on the date your onboarding is completed and your lead platforms are connected
- After the 30-day trial period, services automatically continue under the full pricing model (retainer + commission) unless you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel
- The commission rate applicable during your trial will be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) prior to the start of your trial. This forms part of your agreement with us.
4. Pricing and Payment
Post-Trial Pricing Model
Once your 30-day free trial ends, the following pricing applies:
- A fixed monthly retainer fee, as agreed during onboarding, becomes payable at the start of each billing month
- A commission on all confirmed bookings secured by our team continues to apply alongside the retainer, at the agreed percentage rate
- Both the retainer amount and commission percentage are fixed at the time of your onboarding agreement. Any changes will be communicated in writing with a minimum of 14 days' notice
Invoicing
- Invoices are issued on a monthly basis, covering the retainer fee and any commission accrued during the billing period
- Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during onboarding
- Payment is due in full on the date stated on the invoice
Payment Methods
- We currently process payments via Wise (bank transfer). Payment details will be included on each invoice
- We may introduce Stripe (card payments) as an additional payment method in future. You will be notified before any change to payment methods takes effect
- All amounts are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise stated
Non-Payment
Services will be stopped immediately if payment is not received by the due date stated on the invoice. No grace period applies. Reinstatement of services is subject to full payment of the outstanding invoice amount. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances through legal means if necessary.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business, including contact details, services offered, and capacity
- Grant us the necessary access to your lead platform accounts (e.g. FixMyCar, BookMyGarage) to enable us to manage leads on your behalf
- Respond promptly to confirmed bookings passed to you by our sales team, and honour those bookings with the customer
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your operating hours, capacity, services, or contact details that may affect lead management or bookings
- Not misrepresent your garage's capabilities, qualifications, or services to our team or to customers
- Ensure that your garage holds all required licences, certifications, and insurance required to operate legally in the UK
- Treat customers booked through our system professionally and in line with your usual service standards
6. Our Responsibilities
Garage Growth Solutions agrees to:
- Monitor your connected lead platforms and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make reasonable efforts to convert leads into confirmed bookings on your behalf
- Provide access to the garage management software as included in your chosen plan, with reasonable uptime and availability
- Keep your business data and client information secure and confidential in line with our Privacy Policy
- Communicate performance updates and relevant account information clearly and promptly
- Notify you in advance of any material changes to our services, pricing, or these Terms
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors including your location, services, availability, and market conditions.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by the client
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 14 days' written notice to garagegrowthsolution@gmail.com
- You remain liable for any commission on bookings confirmed by our team prior to the cancellation date, even if those bookings are scheduled to take place after cancellation
- Any outstanding retainer fees or commissions due at the point of cancellation remain payable in full
Termination by Garage Growth Solutions
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment of invoices
- We also reserve the right to terminate services with 14 days' notice if you breach these Terms, act in a way that damages our reputation, or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our business or customers
Effect of termination
- Upon termination, access to the garage management software will be revoked
- We will cease managing your lead platforms. You are responsible for updating your own credentials and account access after termination
- Any data held within our systems relating to your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
8. Intellectual Property
All software, tools, systems, website templates, content, branding, and processes developed or provided by Garage Growth Solutions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Garage Growth Solutions.
- Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use our software and services for the duration of their subscription only
- You may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicence, or reverse-engineer any part of our software, systems, or proprietary processes
- Any website built for you as part of your plan remains your property once delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of bookings, or business interruption resulting from lead platform outages, technical issues outside our control, or your failure to honour confirmed bookings
- We are not liable for the actions or conduct of third-party platforms (FixMyCar, BookMyGarage, ClickMechanic, Wise, Stripe, etc.)
- Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the total fees (retainer + commission) paid by you during that billing month
- We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets shared during the course of the service relationship. This obligation continues after termination of services.
This includes but is not limited to: pricing agreements, commission rates, internal processes, customer data, and software features not publicly disclosed.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify existing clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on our website.
